1. Introduction
Welcome to WP Job Manager Geolocation. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the WP Job Manager Geolocation website, plugin, documentation, downloads, updates, and related support services.
WP Job Manager Geolocation is operated by Eyal Fitoussi and sold and administered through our parent platform, GEO my WP. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of WP Job Manager Geolocation.
By accessing this website, creating an account, or purchasing or using the plugin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
2. Relationship to GEO my WP
Purchases, subscriptions, customer accounts, license management, downloads, and payment processing are handled through GEO my WP.
These product-specific Terms supplement the GEO my WP Terms and Conditions. If these Terms conflict with the GEO my WP terms concerning payment processing, accounts, dispute resolution, or transactions, the GEO my WP terms will control.
Our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
3. Products, Packages & Pricing
WP Job Manager Geolocation provides location-based search, maps, proximity filtering, and related functionality for WP Job Manager.
Available features, site activation limits, and extension support depend on the package purchased. Current package details and pricing are shown on our Pricing Page.
Any applicable taxes or transaction-related charges will be disclosed during checkout. We may change pricing, packages, or included features for future purchases. Such changes will not alter the price or included license term of an existing completed purchase.
4. Purchases & Payment Processing
Purchases are securely processed through GEO my WP using third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
We do not store your full payment-card credentials. Payment providers and GEO my WP may provide us with transaction information required to process purchases, manage subscriptions, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the billing and account information you provide is accurate.
5. License Keys, Activations & Account Access
Your purchase provides a license key for the number of sites included with your package. License keys, customer accounts, and subscriptions are intended for use by the purchaser and may not be resold or transferred to another person or organization without our written approval.
If purchaser or account information needs to be corrected, please contact us.
An active license provides access to the services included with your purchase, which may include:
- Plugin downloads
- Automatic updates
- Technical support
- License activation on the permitted number of sites
Development and staging domains may be eligible for activation without consuming an additional production-site allowance. Contact support if you need assistance with a staging or development domain.
6. Software Licensing & Intellectual Property
Plugin software is provided under the license terms included with its distribution. Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict rights expressly granted under an applicable open-source software license.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the WP Job Manager Geolocation name, branding, website content, documentation, graphics, proprietary services, license infrastructure, or other materials not covered by an open-source license.
You may not impersonate WP Job Manager Geolocation, misrepresent yourself as an authorized reseller or representative, or use our branding in a way that creates confusion regarding sponsorship, ownership, or endorsement.
7. Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal
Plugin licenses are sold as annual subscriptions unless expressly stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically using the payment method on file unless canceled before the renewal is processed.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your GEO my WP account.
Canceling a subscription prevents future automatic renewal. Your license, updates, downloads, and support will remain available until the end of the current paid license term.
After the license expires, the installed plugin may continue to function, but you will no longer receive plugin updates, downloads, license activation services, or technical support unless the license is renewed.
8. Refunds
New purchases are covered by our 14-day refund policy. Subscription-renewal refunds are subject to separate conditions.
All refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy, which explains eligibility, deadlines, license-deactivation requirements, and renewal-refund conditions.
9. Updates & Technical Support
Updates and technical support are provided while your license remains active and are limited to the products and packages covered by that license.
Support includes assistance with documented plugin functionality and confirmed product issues. Unless agreed separately, support does not include custom development, complete website configuration, third-party theme customization, or troubleshooting unrelated plugins and services.
We may require relevant diagnostic information, temporary access, or testing on a staging website before we can investigate certain issues.
10. Third-Party Products & Services
WP Job Manager Geolocation operates with WordPress, WP Job Manager, Google Maps Platform services, and optional WP Job Manager extensions. These products and services are operated by independent third parties.
Unless expressly stated on the Pricing Page, third-party plugins, extensions, services, API usage, and related charges are not included with your purchase.
You are responsible for:
- Installing and maintaining required third-party software
- Obtaining and configuring any required API keys
- Enabling billing or required APIs with the applicable provider
- Complying with third-party terms and usage policies
Changes made by WordPress, WP Job Manager, Google, hosting providers, themes, or other third parties may affect compatibility or functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with supported versions, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with every third-party product or future update.
11. User Accounts & Security
By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to provide accurate and current information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account or license key has been accessed without authorization.
12. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, services, servers, or license systems
- Distribute malware, phishing content, spam, or other harmful material
- Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the website, checkout, account, update, or licensing systems
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authorization
- Use the website or services for unlawful purposes
13. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to an account, license, download, update, or support service when reasonably necessary because of:
- A material violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity
- A reversed, disputed, or unauthorized payment
- Attempts to compromise or misuse our website, licensing system, or services
Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination.
14. Availability & Disclaimer
We make reasonable efforts to keep our website, downloads, licensing services, documentation, and plugin functionality available and accurate. However, we do not guarantee that every service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every website configuration or third-party product.
Except for any express warranties stated in these Terms or rights that cannot legally be excluded, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot be limited under applicable law.
15. Limitation of Liability & Disputes
The limitations of liability, available remedies, governing law, venue, dispute-resolution provisions, and class-action provisions contained in the GEO my WP Terms and Conditions apply to purchases and services provided through GEO my WP.
Please contact us first if you experience a problem so that we have an opportunity to investigate and attempt to resolve it.
16. Copyright & Intellectual Property Claims
If you believe content published on this website infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, please submit a notice through our Support Page.
Your notice should identify the protected work, the material you believe is infringing, its location, your contact information, and a good-faith statement that the disputed use is unauthorized.
17. Independent Product Disclaimer
WP Job Manager Geolocation is an independent plugin and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WP Job Manager, Automattic, or their developers.
WP Job Manager and any other third-party product names or trademarks belong to their respective owners.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our products, services, business practices, or legal obligations change. The current version and its effective date will remain available on this page.
Material changes affecting an active subscription will apply as permitted by law and any applicable GEO my WP terms.
